1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, making a reservation, or using the services of Tiger Aura Resort, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Reservations and Bookings

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Tiger Aura Resort.
• A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the advance deposit and written confirmation from our team.
• Room rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice for unconfirmed bookings.
• The management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest.

3. Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon).
• Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory at check-in for all guests.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• 30+ days before arrival: Full refund less bank processing charges.
• 15–29 days before arrival: 50% refund of the advance paid.
• Less than 15 days: No refund. The full advance amount is forfeited.
• No-show: Full booking amount will be charged.
• Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

5. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful of other guests, staff and the property.
• Smoking is not permitted inside rooms or covered areas. Designated smoking zones are available.
• Consumption of illegal substances on the premises is strictly prohibited.
• Any damage to property caused by guests will be billed accordingly.
• The resort reserves the right to ask guests to vacate the premises for misconduct without refund.

6. Liability

Tiger Aura Resort is not liable for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe. The resort is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

7. Force Majeure

Tiger Aura Resort shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or acts of God.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics and logos, is the property of Tiger Aura Resort and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nainital, Uttarakhand.
